I don't have a class code

Ask your teacher. Every class has its own code, and it only works while your class is open.

My code didn't work

Check for typos — codes ignore capital letters and dashes, so ab-12cd and AB12CD are the same code. If it still doesn't work, the class may be closed or the code may have expired. Your teacher can check.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page and follow the steps.

My images are taking a long time

Creating three portraits usually takes a minute or two. You can leave the page and come back — your images keep working in the background and will be waiting in your profile.

Something went wrong with my photo

Try a clear, well-lit photo of your face, taken straight on. If a photo can't be used, you can always take another one.
